Kanay Selenyum is an urban transformation project developed on a 5,000 m² plot and consisting of 20 residential units. The project focused on rebuilding the existing structure in accordance with modern earthquake regulations and advanced engineering standards to offer residents safe and high-quality living spaces.
Throughout the development process, precise planning, strong technical design and efficient implementation methods were prioritized. Contemporary architectural lines, energy-efficient solutions and user-oriented interior layouts are among the defining features of Kanay Selenyum.
